Sewbizgirl, I hand sew in spurts. Keeps my mind and my hands busy when my body needs rest. Only been hand sewing 2 yrs now. I never would have thought I could do it. But now, I always have a little kit ready to go if I have to go to an appt that has waiting time involved. As an ADD person, I don't sit still very well!
