Default My two latest projects...

I had a "Weird Al" flag I wanted to do something with, so I decided to make a concert blanket (I usually sit in the lawn for the cheap tickets). The fabric is a polyester suede, so hope it holds up well). I just sewed it inside out and turned it, inserted the batting, and will lightly quilt it (first time quilting with a machine, but it's just too thick to do easily by hand).

The second one is a baby quilt I made with a panel and coordinating fabric. I'll be hand quilting it, but I want to use grey thread and don't have it yet.

While I'm on hold with these two, I'm cutting an apron pattern. I'm using a Halloween fabric that has "jars full of gross stuff" to make myself an apron for canning. I think it will be a fun one to use.
