If it's too large for that, perhaps try a pet supply store in the fish tank department for tubing for the pumps in fish tanks? Maybe even a home improvement store for similar tubing for drip irrigation? Or an automotive store for some similar tubing? Make a sleeve the perimeter of the quilt and slide a flexible tube inside the sleeve?
