Some pages on QB load with this at the top of the page in the background color so not terribly noticable.

What is that and why am I seeing it? Just switched browsers to IE from Chrome when the flash plug-in stopped loading and I could no longer read my online newspaper subscription.
May be time to get a new computer? OS is Vista and is rapidly losing all support it seems....
