Thanks for posting this. I'm amazed that a lowly shirt can create such a great quilt. Are you making this for someone special?

I've been playing with a Bonnie Hunter shirt quilt pattern while I wait for more blocks to show up. This is Carolina Crossroads from Scraps and Shirttails. These are some of one of the two blocks in the quilt. I need 25 of these, then 16 of the alternate blocks and a bunch of setting triangles which are also pieced. The alternate blocks have hourglasses where the rail fence units are in these. I love it that it will be red white and blue. All from recycled shirts.
