My sister gave me a gift subscription to Quilters Newsletter for my birthday in 1978. I kept up the subscription until about 2005, when I didn't have time to read magazines, and figured I had a lifetime of patterns!
My new quilt guild here in WA has a magazine exchange table, from which I enjoy an occasional Quiltmaker or Love of Quilting.
