Here are pictures of the front and back of my Grinch pillow. Sorry the focus is not sharp.

The printed images come from two different fabrics. The one that says "Grinch" is from the Christmas stocking panel. The other one that has the Grinch himself is a tossed design with the Grinch, trees, and ornaments. I used "sew and flip" on that side of the pillow.
