I just checked them out online (I'm in Oregon, it would be a bit of a drive...)
They have a 20% off clearance sell until September 25.
If you use Ebates, they are a 6% cash back site (not sure if it's always 6%, but it was today).
I found a pretty blue batik fabric, $6.99 (before the 20%), cut to 1 1/4 yard. (quick search with "quilt fabric backing", it was for the "Halloweenie" BOM). They also have some Frozen panels/fabrics that aren't too bad (the panel was $5, I think it was 36x44).
Not the cheapest, but with the sale + ebates, I was able to find a few things I really liked for a good price.
