Sunday afternoon is my digital clean up time. I run a security scan on my computers, back up the hard drive the main computer and visit the "do not call" registry and list all the telemarketer or scam calls I've received that week. By doing that the calls have dropped from a couple of dozen a week to less than 4. It doesn't take that much time and does show results.
