my hubby cannot tolerate salt. I use Pacific Rim broth (3%) sodium, Aunt Nellies has a low salt red cabbage but they have high salt right next to it! I read every label. The pasta from Italy has no added salt same with the sauce. I find it at Big Lots often or Tuesday Mornings. I don't think most people realize that soup has 45% sodium in every cup! I only use products under 9% and often skimp on those!! Mostly I make things from scratch and use lots of other spices. Penzeys has no salt seasonings!
