Barbara, when I want to save a link, website, article or pattern I open it and in the upper right hand corner I click on the star icon. Now it may be a little different for your computer depending on PC or Dell and year of your software. Periodically I will move saved "bookmarked" items into quilting, recipes and child development(work) "folders".
I have not figured out how to bookmark through the QB directly.
