Organ makes both Janome and Superior needles. Supposedly they are a bit longer than the Schmetz. Some of the newer Janome machines won't work right unless an Organ/Janome/Superior needle is used. You can get these online but there is also a Yahoo group that does bulk ordering of Organ needles.
My Janome loves the titanium needles that Organ makes.
