It's pretty easy just to send $7.00....gives you a little for your time and effort and gas money to the post office. Next swap I will suggest you just ask for $7.00 each way, not a big deal!
PatriceJ does not allow swap leaders to ask for one penny more than actual shipping... but we know it cost more than that once the leader prints labels and tapes them on, even tho the packaging may be free. I always round up to the nearest dollar if I can, because who wants to fool with all that change!?
