Invisigrip and several other things I tried did not work for me. What works best for me is the Guidlines4quilting strips that joe'smom mentioned. Here is a link to them on Amazon:

I also highly recommend the Slidelock rulers. These have grippers on the bottom that appear only when you are ready to cut (so you can easily re-position the ruler until it is exactly where you want it). Aside from gripping the fabric or the ruler (I also often use the Slidelock on top of another ruler), the Slidelock keeps my hand and fingers well away from the rotary cutter blade. Well worth the money for me! Here is a link to the Slidelock:

Edit: I never tried the spray. When I tried the Invisigrip, my rulers still slid too much.
