Banana Spice Bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1 pkg spice cake mix
1 pkg (3oz) instant banana cream pudding & pie filling
1/2 cup milk
1/2 vegetable oil
2 ripe bananas
4 eggs
Pecans (chopped) to sprinkle on top prior to baking
Pour into 2 large or 4 small greased loaf pans
Sprinkle pecans on top.
Bake at 350 degrees about 40 to 45 mins or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Remove from oven, cool about 5 mins. and remove from pans onto a wire rack.
