Are you talking about the quilting design program, or the Qbot hardware that goes on your longarm? The Qbot hardware was bundled with my first long arm. I didn't use it much, but it seemed to work ok. The one thing I didn't like was it's a cable system. When you want to switch from computer driven to free motion, there's not a good way to disconnect the cables, except to physically loosen them. If you leave them tensioned, it creates drag on the machine. Since I prefer free motion, I didn't get a computer system when I ordered my current unit. I actually kept the design software that runs on your PC where you can design quilting patterns. (Qbot/Inspira D). It will output a file that my embroidery machine accepts.
