Kass, I keep coming back to this block. It's one of my favorites.
I've sketched it out and will have to make one for myself soon.
The center block is 4.5 inch square, and the corner unpieced square is 3 inch, this is important b/c the middle diagonal pieced sections are 2.5 inch wide to form a 4.5 inch square for the ultimate "9 patch" squares. This means the diagonal parts on the corner squares are 2 inch wide ( 2 in plus 3 in = 4.5 in)
If I can find the right colors you might have one in your future anyway! lol
