I just got mine today - need to find some recipes for it for squash (and other things). I LOVE fried squash and no restuarants seem to have it any more
! Of course, restaurant health ratings in our area are going way down - I have my own thoughts on why, but anyway - if SLbram, you can post your air fryer squash recipe, I would appreciate it.
