Don't really have a recipe but I can tell you what I did. You might want to add some italian dressing for flavor though. I sliced up 1 small zucchini and 1 small yellow squash, sprayed with olive oil. Preheat the fryer at 360 degrees, and after preheated, cooked in the fryer for about 15 minutes or so. Test with fork to make sure you are ok with the tenderness. The zucchini was crunchy, the yellow squash was softer.
Go to Pinterest and search on air fryer recipes. I bought the cookbook off of QVC too. I love my fryer. Found this recipe but haven't tried it
