Thanks. I'll try it. Stuffed peppers is one of DH's favorite meals. Over the years I have cut corners making it as the regular way is too much trouble. I stuff peppers splint lengthwise with frozen Angus meatballs, fill the peppers with sauce on bed of uncooked rice, add chicken stock and bake covered until rice is done.
