I graphed out my first one and then flew by the seat of my pants for the others. I basically just started building blocks by laying out the main ones (the ones you have completed) and then measuring sizes to connect taking into account where you could make bigger blocks. You don't have to have continuous seams but it helps to think through the order so you don't have to do too many Y seams.
