I have a vintage Kenmore in a cabinet with a motorized shelf to move the machine up and down. I also use an executive desk I bought at Restore for $15 for my emb machine and my portable Brother sewing machine. The desk has two pullout shelves on either side plus drawers on either side. I'm debating having my DH cut a hole in the desk so I can sit the machines lower but I haven't decided if I want to to do that yet.
