Last weekend hubs & I discovered that our freezer died (not keeping ANYTHING frozen). than we discovered thatthe fridge also died. Hubs called our condo owner to let her know, and to request she send a repairman to fix it. She said "no" that she will havea new one delivered Wednesday (today). It might have be a fairlycheap fix and this fridge/freezer was only 7 years old.I think she kinda feels "guilty" because as all their other condo unitsbecome empty they go in and remodel the units. Since we have beenliving in our unit for over 13 years it is not an easy feat to remodel whenit is occupied. in the last 9 years she has purchased a new stove (digitaloven temp control, glass top), 2 new dishwashers, and now 2 new refrigerators.The only appliances we have to take care of is our washer & dryer.
