I got my SS stuff ready to go. It looks like the postal service mangled the flat rate envelope, and I haven't even taken it to the PO yet. I really stuffed it, and had to apply several layers of wide clear packing tape to seal it. Then, being so proud of myself, noticed the notecard laying on the table. I am sending it separately, so don't open it.
