Baby boy quilt
Dear friends just became grandparents for the fourth time--all boys!! This is the quilt that I made for the little fellow. It was in the McCalls Quick Quilts Aug/Sept 2012. I have not done a lot of applique but had fun doing this. Because it was for a baby and I did not want any ragged edges, I sewed each circle to a piece of very lightweight interfacing, trimmed and turned it right side out before appliqueing. I really like the finished edges. Thanks for looking.
