I love to make applesauce cake and I decided to try the same recipe with mashed bananas. I love it!
Banana Cake
You will need:
1 c. butter
4 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c water
3 c mashed bananas
Mix all wet ingredients together well
Mix together
5 cups flour
3 tsp baking soda
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients Mix well
Butter and flour a large casserole or bake pan.
Pour batter into pan and shake gently to even the top surface.
Bake 45 min at 350 degrees
When cool frost with Cream Cheese frosting Yuumm!
