Default Wrinkle-Free Fabrics?

I make napkins out of left-over quilting cotton fabrics sometimes if I really love the fabric. I have a lot of them and it's nice to have pretty cloth napkins to use every day instead of paper napkins. My mother-in-law would like me to make some for her, but she would prefer a non-wrinkle fabric so she doesn't have to iron them. (Fact: after washing i put my napkins in the dryer until they're about half-dry, then flatten them out and let them air-dry -- i don't mind the slightly rumpled look one bit for everyday use!).

Does anyone one know what kinds of fabric I could use for frequently-washed napkins that wouldn't require ironing? And if it's a "specialty" fabric, where I could find such fabrics online?

thank you!
