Now, that would be rather tricky for me because my right hand is not fully functioning after last year's stroke; gripping pins and needles is a big problem so trusting myself to be that careful slitting around each blade might be tempting providence Geri. Just thinking, we would have to draw the finished dresden shape onto fabric first and then allow for 1/4" seams at least before laying the dresden plate down for anchoring - doesn't sound worth the effort to me but please do try if you like.
