We live in the country--very rural. NO neighbors on our side of the road for a mile either direction. There are neighbors across the road--but a few tenths down both sides. Anyway--the granddaughter of the wonderful woman who was our neighbor for years--is moving into her grandmother's house. She and her husband have 9 kids, age 1-19--so are renovating to add lots of space first. Will take a while before they are here permanently. I'm making a pile of things for their house warming gifts. Ragged flannels for sure... But this is the first piece--a wall hanging. Kris loves birds. ;-)


I have another of these panels so I think I'll make a wall hanging for my classroom. I'll make the strips narrower though.
