I have made one wall hanging using bargello. It was a lot of fun but you need to stay organized with little notes on the strips. I used the online pattern from Northcott. However! The pattern says to always stitch from the same end. At the time I wondered about that--does it end up with a curve? Yes, it does! Toward the end it was curving significantly. I haven't tried another but will alternate where I begin each row to see if it comes out better.
