TURKEY POT PIE. Easy.
Pre-made pie crust unbaked. Thawed. ( Pet Ritz)
FILLING: mix in a bowl....
chopped turkey ( or any fav meat). ( whatever fits!.. maybe a cup or so)
large bag of mixed veggies.
1 can of your fave creamy soup. ( cream of celery, creamy of mushroom, etc. ) Only 1 can...not "each.
1/2 soup can of milk
put the bottom pie crust into a pie pan. I LOVE my Pampered Chef stoneware pie pan!
pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust. SprInkle with pepper or your fave spice. I add some celery seed too. Top with your fave shredded cheee...I like the taco mix cheese?
put the top crust on a poke a few holes in it. The filling will bubble through to indicate that it is done.
bake 30-45 mins. 350. Let it sit 5-20 minutes before serving. I tastes better the day too. You could make this a day ahead too.
