After seeing this quilt finished here on this site by a quilter who said it was it first quilt, I thought I would give it a try. I've been sewing for years so I thought I had some kind of a chance of making it. I ordered the book and when it came I could not believe it. It is just the pattern for the blocks not even the border and NO WHERE does she explain how to attach the arcs. I"m assuming you have to sew them by hand. Is it just me or is there anyoe else out there that has this book and grossly disappointed.
