For those using a very stiff interfacing (or the plastic canvas), may I suggest that you make your squares (or hexagons), turn the inside out and then push the interfacing in. I would make the opening as wide as possible, cut the interfacing a 1/2" smaller that the finished square, curl the interfacing and push it in. This would allow you a flat area to topstitch 1/8" without hitting the canvas but would not let the interfacing shift around. This might help those who have a problem with the turning. But, I find the 950 stiff enough (when I finish, I usually iron with best press using a small ham) and it is very poofy.
