Default Using quilting tools for non-quilting tasks

We often mention how handy non-quilting tools are in our sewing rooms. What are some ways you've found that quilting tools come in handy for unintended purposes?

We give away a lot of homemade fudge every Christmas. I've always struggled with cutting it in uniform pieces. This year I tried the Shape Cut, but the slots were too narrow for the knife blade. Then my eye fell on my June Tailor Grid Marker, which admittedly hasn't gotten much use. I used it to score cutting lines on my blocks of fudge, and my pieces look much better.
