I often put.... the name of the quilt ( not necessarily the pattern name, the name I give the quilt) , the person it is for, any special information like for birthday, Christmas, hope, whatever-- month and year, my name, city, state, fiber content and care instructions. Sometimes I add more depending on occasion or special message I want to add.
