Wishing everyone a very Happy Christmas. I am on the downhill run now with family arriving tomorrow. This evening I iced the Christmas cake and gingerbread. This is the first time I have ever made gingerbread, it is for the benefit of my little grandsons but I guess everyone will enjoy it.
