Couldn't find a name but it reminds me of the Big Block patterns.
Would also be easy enough to make.
Just cut 10 1/2" x 4 1/2" rectangles and 2 - 4 1/2" squares and join with 2 1/2" sashings.
Alternate these blocks with a 10 1/2" square block
