I, too, have the table from JoAnn's and really like it. I don't find it to be flimsy but then I've had mine for several years and perhaps they have changed a bit?? Hmm. It folds down, eh? Mine is always up and full of "stuff". The only thing I wish was different--it needs to be another inch wider to fit the cutting mat. The height is perfect and very enjoyable.
