I personally like National Quilter's Circle (
https://www.nationalquilterscircle.com/). They do not offer many projects, but have great instruction about techniques for piecing, quilting, applique, and various artistic treatments. I think they usually offer the first year for $10-20. Some of their videos are free. You only pay for the premium content & downloads. Free videos are typically 5-8 minutes. Premium videos are typically 15-30 minutes. Downloads are usually 2-3 hours.
My local "Create" station offers the show "Quilting Arts". It's included in our basic cable package. The new season is starting in January.
