I found him on LinkedIn and couldn't send him a message unless I joined it. So I joined. Then when I tried to message him (in two different places) I got refused, saying they wouldn't send him my message because it didn't appear to LinkedIn that we already knew each other. Poop. Why was I prompted to join then?
