Get the top one. It is a clone of a Singer 15. They are hard to beat. If it isn't sewing a nice seam when you buy it get them to drop the price. It may need a bit of TLC but if you are going to sew you need to learn that, too. You can search Singer 15 clone and come up with everything you need. Parts are easy to come across. Bobbins and needles are standard. I've only had one or two clones that I couldn't make work. And I have had a lot of clones go through here.
