I just made a list of my pantry items and found that I had 24 cans of kidney beans. Can you believe it? As my workmates used to say, I "am organizationally impaired."
Other than chili, what recipes do you make with kidney beans? I used to use them in my salad, but with 24 cans, I will get really tired of it, really fast. Thanks in advance for the recipes.

I have used them in pasta salad. But you must rinse and drain them first. I have also used them in rice and ground beef dishes and have also used them in taco meat for tacos. One of my favorite is broccoli salad that has raisins and mayonnaise in it I rinse the beans and drain them very well and add them to it and it is good.
