farmquilter, I got really burned out on thinking of what to cook but the Instant Pot has sparked some interest with me and nothing is bad in it, according to me and Mr. Stitchnripper who is thrilled to be getting something other than a chicken breast in the George Foreman and bag of vegetables from the microwave!!
