Yes, I believe so. I doubt they'll give the pattern away without any purchase, that kind of defeats the purpose of being in business....
Here's a thought - Connecting Threads is very customer-friendly. If you don't like those particular fabrics, you can always ask them to cut fabrics from a different line and include the pattern. It can't hurt to ask.
