I searched for this block and couldn't find any instructions. A lot of the pictures on Pinterest direct you to a web site that no longer exists. I found two references to the designer of the block i.e.
Noelle's Handcrafted Specialities and Anne Batiste. Which if any, are correct, I have no idea. It is a simple block though and shouldn't take too long to calculate.
