Very well done tutorial. It is clear that you really had done a lot of planning ahead for what you planned to do so you could attach applique pieces across sashings and into borders. Your finished quilt looks like it is very traditionally quilted and yet you divised a QAYG method. I know I will employ this method all, or in part, in future projects.
