I'm not quite following the problem other than they are different measurements. Is there one measurement that is consistent all around? Did you trim at all? What is the pattern you are using? or by now, maybe you have it figured out? LOL

I cut out pieces for 24 blocks. I have everything more or less sewed together. I was working on 1 block. Sewing what i had done. I realized it wasn't going to work together. The pieces i cut out were 3 3/8'' finished width, etc. With the different shape's I cut out, the length's will vary.
