Sync: I feel your pain with the seam ripper! I used it quite a bit on paper piecing last night. I decided to make my strip wider and longer to get the corners and, low and behold, the author of the quilting book sent out a correction today.
. Yep-2.5" wide instead of 2" wide. At least I problem solved the width correctly.
