"Easy Modern Quilts" winter 2016 issue--a Fons and Porter magazine. I didn't follow the pattern exactly. But the basic blocks is a charm cut in half with a strip inbetween. I adjusted lattice width as I needed--and I added the border in the 2nd photo.
