I did a little looking around; I didn't have much luck viewing a video on HGTV site... but I did find a couple references to the quilt, ( maybe) Does the name Cheryl Phillips sound familliar?
I found a few sites for her and the pattern ' rings that bind' they did mention Simply quilts, and quilt as you go; sorry I didn't include the links, but if you search 'Cheryl Phillips/ rings that bind'. You'll at least be able to take a look at it.
